The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the availability and quality of health and social care services  throughout Northern Ireland.  As such,, RQIA has developed a range of guidance for the public.  If you cannot find the information you require in our frequently asked questions section, you can email or telephone RQIA for further help and guidance.
