RQIA COVID-19 Support - Care Homes
The RQIA Web Portal has now been enabled to allow Nursing and Residential Care Homes to update HSC organisations about information pertaining to Covid-19 in a streamlined and timely way.
The RQIA portal can be accessed by authorised users here: https://portal.rqia.org.uk/
Care homes can still avail of the support team of experienced inspectors and managers, which is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday via the RQIA main phone line. This support team will provide guidance and support to managers coping with the impact of COVID-19 on their services.
