RQIA's Care Home Status Update App has been designed to ensure information in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak is collected in as streamlined and timely a way as possible.

Care homes can still avail of the support team of experienced inspectors and managers, which is available from 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week. This support team will provide guidance and support to managers coping with the impact of COVID-19 on their services. Care homes can continue to use our other app, to request support or a call back: https://rqiani.glideapp.io/

From 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week, RQIA has a support team of experienced inspectors and managers available to provide guidance and support to managers coping with the impact of COVID-19 on their services. You can contact RQIA’s support team either by phone 028 9536 1111, or by:
